Lamoda is one the biggest e-commerce retailers in the CIS (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Belarus) focused on lifestyle and fashion, with 20 million unique users a month. We offer more than 4,000 local and international brands and carry over 10 million products.
As a Product Lead my responsibilities included:
- Leading our Discovery, Premium, and Category product teams for the company.
- On product leadership team overseeing all major decisions for 12 product managers. This includes quarterly prioritization of all feature backlogs, creation of new product streams, process improvement, budget management, product manager hiring and onboarding.
- Steering Lamoda’s top strategic multimillion dollar initiative to boost revenue growth by creating a new experience for premium customers. Responsible for every aspect of the project from inception to implementation.
Accomplishments include:
- 9 major product releases impacting all phases of user journey: main page, navigation, catalog, product page, cart, and checkout. Delivered high-quality and impactful launches through close partnership with Content, Commercial, Engineering, Delivery, Operation, and Call Center teams.
- Over 50 A/B tests launched and analyzed. Many features demonstrated significant impact on core financial metrics + engagement metrics.
- Winner of two annual team awards for the creation of live streaming and for major improvements in the category user experience for beauty products.
- Successfully created an entire layer of Discovery and Inspiration products at Lamoda, from having no team to an entire product division.
